Delete Account Request
Submit a request to permanently delete your Amaken account and all associated personal data. We process all requests within 7 business days.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, loyalty points/rewards, order history, and all other data associated with your account. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered and you will not be affected onto any contest for quiz.
What gets deleted:
- Account credentials: Email, profile, basic preferences, loyalty history, and wallet transactions.
- Processing time: Requests are reviewed and completed within 7 business days from submission.
- App data: Data stored locally on your device must be cleared separately by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from your phone settings.
